of the estate of ROBERT A. ROSDSR$R, Deceased, and respectfully
shows onto this court ae follows:
1. That part of the assets of the above styled .estate

is the following real property lying, situate, and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots ?and 8, Block 592. Section 13, Port
St. Lucie, Florida.
that the Co-Personal Representative has received an offer to
purchase the sonde for the aunt. of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00), which sales commission, closing cost and expenses.

to be paid therefrom represents the fair ma:cket value of-the
land which is unimproved. .
2. That it is necessary for your CoPersonal Representative
to sell said asset of the estate in order to obtain Haney
fnr p~tate administration expenses and to pay the obligations
of the estate, and to facilitate a division of estate assets,
and therefore your petitioner deems it to be in the best
interest of the estate that said property be sold at the
price aforesaid.
3. That the other Co-Personal Representative of the
decedent has agreed to said sale and has signed the Contract
for Sale attached hereto.
• WHEREFORE, the Co-Personal Representative prays that
this court will enter an order authorizing the .sale of the
above described land at and for the prime of Seven Thousand
