THIS CAUSB came on to be heard on Lotion of GENERAL
FINANCE CORPORATION, Plaintiff in the above-styled cause, for a
Default Judgment, pursuant to Rule-7.170 Florida Rules of Stmm~ary
Procedure, and it appearing .to the Court that the Writ of Garni$h-
went in the -above cause was filed in this Court on the -14th day of
June, 1978, and that .the said Writ of Garnishment was duly served
upon ATLANTIC TRUCK BROKERS, on the 16th-day of June, 1978, and
that no Answer or other defense has been served or filed by said
Garnishee, _ and that Default was entered on the day of
. - 1918, in the -office of the Clerk of this Court,`
' and that no proceedings have been taken by the said Garnishee
since said Default was entered, it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Default Judgment
entered by the Clerk of the County Court is proper and is hereby
zeduced to a Final Judgment; it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered
herein by the Clerk of the County Court ordering costs on the
Judgment in the amount of $1,507.40, for which let execution -
issue; it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff recovers from the
Garnishee, ATLANTIC TRUCK BROKERS, Court costs in this action, for
