PROPERTY SETTLEMRNT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this~~day of
October, 1978, bs and between, WILLIE JAMES BUSBIN, a/k/a WILLIE J.
BUSBIN, a/k/a BILL BUSKIN., hereinafter called "BUSKIN". and
BEVERLY ANN NEUMANN BARDOUCHE, a/k/a BEVERLY ANN BUSBIN, a/k/a
BEVERLY NEtiMANN BUSBIN, a/k/a BEVERLY BUSBIN, hereinafter called _
"BARDOUCHE" .
WITNESSETH:
The parties, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie County,
Florida, have represented themselves as-being husbt~nd and wife since
December, 1974, and have purchased real~and personal property jointly
as husband and wife. The parties have never married and no children
have been born of this union.
It is the desire and intention of the parties to live separate
and apart, each free from interference from the other,and to settle
all matters as related to property and obligations between them, in-
cluding a division of assets acquired jointly by them.

1. "BUSBIN" agrees~to convey to~"BARDOUCHE" all his right,
.title and interest in the rental aprtments located at 710 and 712
N. 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, legally described as:

Parcell II:Lot 4, of MRS. ANA M. FULTZ'S RE-SUBIIIIVISION
of Lots 1, 2, 3 ~ 4, of FULTZ'S RE--SUBIDIVISION
of Block 2 of DITTMAR'$ ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN,
Fort Pierce, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 30,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, -
LESS the East 86.5 feet therefrom.
2. "BARDOUCHE" agrees to convey to "BUSBIN" all her right,
title and interest in the residence located at 3811~Ridgehaven Road,
' legally described as follows:
a) Commence at the Southwest Corner of Lot 3, Carlsan's sub-
- division as recorded in Plat Bcok 3, Page 24 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying West of Ridgehaven
Road, lease the West 851.06 feet; more particularly described
as follows
Commence at the southwest corner of lot 3, Carlsan's Sub-
division as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 24 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said corner being the
