this Condominium in accordance M1ith the above-described .Declaration of Condo-
minium are "Caman Expanses" of this Condominium as provided for in said
declaration of Condominium. -
This conveyance is made- subiect to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 19_gp and subsequent years;
2. Applicable moving regulations and ordinances;
3.. AU of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges,.
obligations, easements • and liens set forth and contained in the
Declaratfon of Condaoatnium of the Conda~ninium and all instru-
meats referred to therein;
_ AU covenants, conditions, restrictions and easanents of record,
if any, which may noNr affect the aforedescribed property
including,: but not limited to, the above-described Settlement
Stipulation and that certain Final Order incorporating same
recorded in Offidal Records Book 301 at Paga. 1401 of the -

ance and reserving unto Grantor and its successors and assigns

Covenants) not heretofore or hereby convoyed by Grantor
such easements and ~ rights as may be necessary to effectuate

5. Perpetual easement for encroachments now existing or hereafter
existing caused by the settlement or movement of improvements
or caused by minor inaccurades iti building or rebuilding.
To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
And Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee that it will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through - or under
Grantor.
