THIS CAUSE came on before me upon the Petition of ROY H. BROOKS,
JR., as Substitute Guardian of the property of MARY LOERA, incompetent,
for an Order of Sale of-Real Property, and the Court being. fully
advised in the premises, it is accordingly:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Petitiotl be, and the same is,
hereby granted and ROY H. BROOKS, JR., as Substitute Guardian of the
property of MARY LOERA, incompetent, is hereby authorized and directed
to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the sale of the real
