described property: -

to the Plat thereo! as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 28, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS, the above described property was subject to a mortgage
payable to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN A330CIATION OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, in the principal amount of 521,600.00, said nwrtgage being
recorded at Official Records Book 260, Page 1478, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida= and
WSEREAS,~the above described property has been sold through
ALEXANDER GRAVES, the personal representative of the Estate of FRED 8.
LEES, to Ww'P INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation, said sale-being
evidenced by an Executor's Deed dated January 24, 1980 and recorded
at O.R. Book 325, Page 861 of the Public Records of St. Lucie .County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the above described mortgage has been assumed by WiilT
INVESTMENTS, INC. as of this date.
NOW THEREFORE, CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION -
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, by and through its agent, does hereby release
the Estate of FRED B. LEES from all obligation and liability for the
