TSIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the issue ~atde
by Plaintiff's Motion in Garnishment, the Writ of Garnishment
served thereto, and the Answer of the Garnishee admitting it is
indebted to the Defendant and the Court being fully advised in
the premises it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Garnishee, SUN BANR
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, is directed to .pay to the Plaintiff, through
E attorneys, within ten (10) days from the date of this Order, the
~ sum of $3,734.02, and after said payment being made, the Garnishe
may be forever freed from liability under said Writ of Garnishmen
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court
shall pay to SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Garnishee, the sum
of $10.00 from the Registry of the Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this the
day of February, 1980.
