This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the. Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

and CHRISTOPHER ZACHARARTS, born-June 27, 1965f
minor children, the sum of S 2 5.0 0 pet week plus and additional YlcB9t $ 2.0 0
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
29th ~y of February ~ l9 80 ;and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida, end the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Support Bureau of Family
Court of the State of New York, City of New York, 89-14 Parsons
Boulevard, Jamaica, New York 11432. (Docket No. d 4356/79)

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this -Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
