'This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and -the Court being advised in the prem~es, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Ragpondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
ROBERT LSE FRENCH, JR., born 4/4/74; TONY WILLIAM FRENCH, born 7/3/77;
TIMOTHY JAMES FRENCH, born 7/3/77; and JENNIFER FRENCH, born 10/11/79;
- per
minor children, the sum of S 15.00 week p~ child plus and additional 9I~0 52.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
'These payments are to begin on the
1st day of February 19_ 80 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
P. O. DRAWER 700, Fort Pierce, Florida _ ,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to ~ • Lindy Legg,
Probation Officer, P. O. Box 1189, Thomaston, Georgia 30286.
