This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having bcen present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
DIANNA LYN BURNS, born November 5, 1968=
minor child>df~ the sum of S 15 0.0 0 p~ month plus and additional ~?89 $ 2.0 0
for payment of Clerk's fce for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are. to begin on the -
29th day of February ~ 19 80 ,and thereafter on the last day
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in crash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida,~and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Department of Family &
Children Services, Liberty County, Hinefaville, Georgia 31313
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
