along the Easterly right of way of Florida East Coast
Railway 432.27 feet to the intersection of the North right of
. way line of State Raod AlA and the point of beginning of
land herein described from said point of beginning continue
North 20 degrees, 24 minutes .West along the Easterly right of
way line of Florida East Coast Railway 110 feet; thence North
87 degrees 45 minutes East 144 feet thence South 20 degrees

thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes West along the North right of

This Mortgage lien and Promissory Note secured hereby shall
be subordinate to the terms and effects of any construction
mortgage lien given in favor of any lender for the purpose
of construction and improvements on the property, and Mortgagee
shall promptly execute any subordination agreement which may
be required by such lender to confirm Mortgagee's subordinate
position.
