AFFIDAVIT
Before me, the undersigned officer, personally
appeared Elton H. Schwarz, who,-after being by me first
duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says:
1. That he is the duly elected and commissioned
Public Defender in and for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of
the State of Florida.
2. That the Marvin Jones referred tb in the Notice
of Lien filed in Official Record Book 277, Page 128.3 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, according to his
Affidavit filed with this office on July 11, 1977, was born on
September 4, 1957 and has been assigned social security number
262-33-3321.
3. That the said Marvin Jones referred to in said
Notice of Lien is not one and the same individual as Marvin
Jones, born March 11, 1938 having social security number 264-
52-2273.
