holder of the mortgage executed by SAND_DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION,~a Florida corporation to JOHN A. ROSCHMAN, as
trustee, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official
Records Hook 300, page 2107, etc., public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this day of January, 1980, releases from the lien of
that mortgage,. the real property in that County described
as:
That certain Condomainium parcel composed of Apartment
No. 324, and an undivided 1/31 share in those common
elements appurtenant thereto in accordance. with and
subject to the covenants, conditions,'restrictions,
teicros and other provisions of that Declaration of
Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILIJIS CONDOMINIUM A, as

of the public records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida,
- without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining
