ation to hiig paid, c p of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this day of , 1980, releases from the lien of
that mortgage, the rea propert in that County described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 424 `
and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appurtenant
thereto in accordance with aBd subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declara-
tion of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324, Page 1952, and as amended
in Official Records Book-324, Page 2019, all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. i
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of
the property described in that mortgage. +
