It is hereby agreed between the parties hereto that if the
mortgagor, subsequent to the date of this mortgage, conveys, f
contracts or attempts to sell the above described mortgaged
property in .any manner whatsoever while said property is mort-
gaged to the-mortgagee and without the written consent of the
mortgagee then, and in such event, the whole sum of principal
and interest of the debt secured by this mortgage shall at the
option of the. mortgagee become immediately due and payable and
this mortgage may be foreclosed at once if the debt is not paid
i n full .
Together with and including ail buildings, all fixtures including but not limited to all plumbing, heating, light-
ing, ventilating, refrigerating, incinerating, air conditi;onin~ apparatus, and elevators (the mortgagor hereby '
declaring that it is intended that the items herein enumerated shall be deemed to have been permanently in-

appurtenances and all other rights thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and re- ~
