SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
v That we, WILLIAM ZELLER, SR., WILLIAM ZELLER, JR. and

~ PATRICIA ZELLER, as all of the Trustees of MARINA AT FORT
PIERCE, INCORPORATED,. a dissolved Florida corporation, hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of a certain mortgage
deed executed by MARINA AT FORT PIERCE, INC.,a Florida
corporation to KICLITER OIL CO., INC., a Florida corporation,
bearing date the 19th day of January, 1962, recorded in
O. R. Book 28, Page 92, in the office of the-Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a
certain note in the principal sum o.f $75,000.00, and certain
promises and obligations set. forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described
as follows, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE A •
and we surrender the same as cancelled and hereby direct
the Clerk of the said Court to cancel the same of record.
