SCHEDULE A '
From a concrete monument on the North line of the South 80 feet of
Lot 14, Assessor's Map of. the North part of Fort Pierce, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 164, St. Lucie County, Flor-ida, Public Records,
said monument being at the intersection of the South line of Avenue G i
(Norway Place) and the West line of North Second Street in the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, run thence North 88°03'35" East 46.80 feet ,
to an iron pipe on the East line of North Second Street; thence south
14°58'15" East along the East line of North Second Street 135.80 feet
to a concrete monument; thence North 89°57'15" East 189.37 feet to a
steel axle; thence North 72°32'40" East 363.20 feet to a bolt set in
concrete at the Southeast corner of• the Gerard property (formerly
Dorman property) and the point of beginning of the lands herein des-
cribed: From said Point of Beginning continue North 72°32'40" East
109.15 feet to a chiseled "X" on the bulkhead on the West shore of
_ the Indian River; thence along the West shore of the Indian River and
the bulkhead run North 18° 29'39" West 95.95 feet to a drill hole on
the bulkhead; thence North 26°40'30" East 59.10 feet to a point on
the bulkhead; thence North 89°22'13" East 89.05 feet to a point;
thence North 10°36'11" West along the West line of the Simonsen prop-
erty 117.45 feet to a steel rod on the South line of Seaway Drive;
thence North 88°45'30" West along the South line of Seaway Drive
265.15 feet to a nail and disk at the Northeast corner of the Gerard
property;_thence South 18°03'20" East along the East line of the
Gerard property 314.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING: a 2 foot strip of land, along and parallel to the west
property line.
