O R D E R
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court
upon the~Petition and Crossclaim of KATHRYN K. RAY, to
seek an Order on the distribution of the proceeds of the
verdict and judgment entered in this cause, all of which
sums are in the hands of Robert J. Gorman, attorney. for
the Plaintiffs, and the Court having considered the same,
the conditional assignment of claim for damages, and the
comments and arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, the Court makes the follow-
ing findings:
1. That there has been service upon JOE STEVEN
DOTSON, of the Petition and Crossclaim and Notice of Hearing
thereon ;
. 2. That JOE STEVEN DOTSON defaulted of appearance
before this Court for said hearing upon the 12th day of
February, 1980; .
3. That Charles Stone appeared on behalf of
KATHRYN K. RAY;
4. That Robert J. Gorman appeared seeking an
