5. That Robert J. Gorman has informed JOE STEVEN
DOTSON and KATHRYN RAY that he could not represent the j
interests of either one of them in any proceeding between
them relative to the distribution of the proceeds in his

hands; '
6. That the costs and attorneys' fees in this
matter are as follows: Attorneys' Fees: $768.00;
Costs expended for filing fees, service of
Subpeonas, Summonses, deposition costs with fees and
protection of treating physicians, telephone costs, Court
Reporter's attendance at trial, Xerox, etc., less Cost
3udgment.granted: $275.95.
The net available to be disbursed: $881.05
WHEREFORE, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Robert J. Gorman, Esquire, shall first pay
to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar, McAliley
& Deckert, P, A., the sum of $1,03$.95, for attorneys' fees, ~
costs and expenses;
2. That Robert J. Gorman, is authorized and
~ directed to execute and file of record Satisfactions of
Judgment on behalf of both of the Plaintiffs;
3. That Robert J. Gorman is to pay the remaining
a
~ sum of $881.05 in his hands, to KATHRYN RAY;
4. Judgment is hereby rendered and entered in

favor of the said KATHRYN RAY and against JOE STEVEN
DOTSON for the sum of $749.95, for all of which let execu-
tion issue. The address of the Defendant, JOE STEVEN i
DOTSON, is c/o Fred Dotson, 209 Pine Street, Spindale,
North Carolina 28160.
