WARRANTY DEED
Tt:IS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 15th day of December, A.D. 1979, by
GREENBRIAR, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the granotr, to EDWARD
MULHALL, JR., whose postoffice address is 818 Colorado Avenue, P. 0. Drawer 790,
Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms un-
to the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 7, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, Second
Addition, Second Plat as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
16, page 14, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

SUBJECT TO all restrictions, easements and protective
covenants of record.
TOGETHER WITH, all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully 3
seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;
and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to
December 31, 1978.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has caused its corporate name to be hereunto
subscribed by its President, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, attested
by its Assistant Secretary, the day and year first above written.
