STATE OF ~ G~~~ COUNTY OF ; AFFIDAVIT BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid take acknowledgments, personally appeared RODGER L. FOLTZ, who, after being first duly sworn, did depose and say as follows: s 3 1. That he is the Husband of RUTH B. FOLTZ. 2. That RUTH B. FOLTZ executed a Power of Attorney to the Affiant on the 29th day of August, 1979. 3. That said Power of Attorney was recorded on February ' 4, 1980 in O.R. Book 325, page 139, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 4. That under said Power of Attorney, the Affiant con- veyed the above-referenced real property to Peck Construction { Company, Inc., a Florida corporation, on September 17, 1979, L said Warranty Deed being recorded in O.R. Book 317, page 1388, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 5. That at the time of the above referenced conveyance, said Power of Attorney was in full force and effect.
