TO ALL THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT
MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted
by the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendant°
in the above-specified Court involving the following described
real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 14, Block 377, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION SIX, a
Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plate Book 12, Page 36A through 36D of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 26, RIVER PARK UNIT 3, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such
property is to impose a constructive trust, equitable lien,
rescind deeds and/or quiet Defendant's interest therein,
in favor of Plaintiff and certain other relief.
Please govern yourselves accordingly.
