This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
RUBINA DENISE KIRKLAND, born November 6. 1965•
PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 PER MONTH ON ARREARS OF $180.00 AS OF 2/1$/80, '
minor child~k, the sum of S 60.00 per month/ plus and additional ~c9Dcc $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
first day of March 19 80 ,and thereafter on first
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of st _ .LCie County, .
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida
I' Florid~/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to -Child Support Enforcement
~ Sectiof~, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal
to the State of New York as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D

habilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then
forward all support to: Monroe County Support Collection Unit, P. O. Box 3328,

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
