This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been preaent in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
ANTHONY SEAY, born March 4, 1968 and WILLIAM SEAY, born June 27, 1969;

minor children, the sum of S 100.00 pet month plus and additional >RiK~ $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the

15th day of March ~ 19 80 ,and thereafter on 15th
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, 1

Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Chief Probation Officer,

PAYMENT OF ARREARS SHALL-BE HELD IN ABEYANCE R THIS
MATTER RE-SCHEDULED FOR HEARING IN NINETY DAYS.

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
