COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, and
shows unto the Court that the Respondent is now residing outside the
- jurisdiction of St. Lucie County, and is-now residing at 21 Elgin
Street, Fort Walton_Beach, Florida, Okaloosa County. It is there-
fore respectfully moved that the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St.
Lucie County, be instructed to transfer the entire original file I
on this matter to the Clerk of~Circuit Court, Okaloosa County,
Crestview, Florida.

Office of State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,. it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Honorable Roger Poitras, Clerk
of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, be and he is hereby ordered to transfer the entire
original file in the above styled cause to the Clerk of Circuit Court,
Okaloosa County, Crestview, Florida.
