ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
TRACEY EDDINGS, born 9/28/62; and TAMMY EDDINGS, born 9/26/63
until present inability of present wife is lifted and she returns to work
at which time payments will be $160.00 per month,
minor children, the sum of $ 1 00.00 per month / plus and additional ~}~0(K $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. ;
These payments are to begin on the
29th day of February 19 80 ,and thereafter on last day
of each and every month .that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida, t~nd the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for trans-
m~.ttal to-the State of New Jerse a$ lon a$ the base is certified as a
~ Title IV-D case If the Clerk r~ceives notification by the Department of
~ Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case,
he will then forward all support to: Morunouth County Probation Department, ;

ARREARS IN THE SUM OF $280.00 DUE UNDER ORDER DATED OCTOBER 16, 1979,
ARE TO BE PAID WITHIN~A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
