O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing on February 8, 1980 on
.the Wife's Motion to sentence the Husband pursuant to the Order
entered on January 3, 1980 and the Court having heard testimony.
of the Husband and argument of counsel for the Wife and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the time for the Husband to purge himself as
set out in the Order dated January 3, 1980 is extended to and
including April 4, 1980. In the event the Husband has failed to
purge himself as set out in the Order of January 3, 1980 by April
4, 1980 then he is to present himself to the Court for sentencing.

~ 2. In the event the Husband fails to purge himself by
April 4, 1980 and fails to present himself before this Court, then
~ a bench warrant will be issued and the Husband brought before the
Court for disposition pursuant to the Order dated January 3, 1980.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this Zy~~day of February,
