COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, and
shows unto the Court that the Respondent is residing outside the
jurisdiction of St. Lucie County, and is in fact residing at O.R.A.
Nettles Island, A-1-A, Rt. 2, Lot 736, Section 2, Jensen Beach,
Martin County, Florida. It is therefore respectfully moved that the
Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to
transfer the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of
Circuit Court, Martin County, Stuart, Florida.
