YVONNE L. RUSS, Wife
O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on February 15, 1980
upon the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief and the Court having
heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsQl
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The custody of the minor child, AYANA S. ROSS, is
hereby awarded to the Wife granting unto the Husband reasonable
rights of visitation. The Husband shall notify the Wife twenty-
four hours in advance before he exercises his visitation rights.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $50
~ each and every week for the support and maintenance of the minor

child above named; said weekly support child payments shall com-

3 mence on Wednesday, February 20, 1980 and shall be made on Wednesday
of each week thereafter until further order of this Court.
3. The Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the furniture and furnishings now in her possession and shall
not sell, destroy or pledge the same.
4. The Husband-shall have the use and possession of the
color television now in his possession and shall not pledge, sell or
destroy the same.
5. Commencing February 29, 1980, and on the 29th day of •
~ each month thereafter the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of
