IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF
EVA MAE FLOWERS, Wife,
TEMPORARY ORDER
and _ t ,
WILLARD WAYNE FLOWERS, Husband.
This matter having come on before the Court on the 15th
day of February, 1980 on the Wife's allegations for temporary
relief as contained in the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage
filed herein by the Wife, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have temporary possession of the
.marital home and the Husband is ordered to vacate the marital
premises and shall have removed himself from the property on
or before Saturday, February l3, 1980, at 12:00 noon. The
Husband shall remove from the marital premises only his personal
belongings, and any other items at the Wife's discretion.

2. .That the Wife shall have tmeporary custody of the minor

~ child of the parites, to-wit: KIMBERLY JO FLOWERS, with rea
visitation rights granted to the Husband. That the Husband is
required to give reasonable advance notice to the Wife of his
intentions to exercise his visitation r-fights with the minor child.
3. That both of the parties herein are hereby temporarily
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy-
ing the other. It is hereby ordered that in the event of violation
of this Restraining Order that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF
THE STATE OF FLORIDA take into custody the offending party regard-
ing the aforesaid Restraining Order.
4. That the Wife is temporarily entitled to-keep possession
of the 1972 Volkswagon Bus pending the outcome of the final hear-
ing of this matter. That the Husband is temporarily entitled to
the possession of the 1969 Volkswagon automobile pending the out-
