responsible for the up-keep, insurance and maintenance of his/
her vehicle pending the outcome of the final hearing of this
matter.
S. That the Husband shall pay temporary child support for
the support of the minor child of the parties in the sum of -
Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per week, beginning February 22, 1980, -
said payments to be paid directly to the Clerk of the Circuit -
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and by the said
Clerk forwarded directly to the Wife.
6. That the Court is not at this time awarding an attorney's
fee to the Wife's attorney; however, ruling will be reserved on an
attorney's fee until the final hearing herein.
7. That each of the parties are hereby ordered to attend
marital counselling through the Indian River Community Mental
Health Center for at least one visit prior to the final hearing. ,
The parties shall be responsible for contacting the Indian River
Community Mental Health Center to arrange an appointment as soon
as possible regarding this counselling.
