_ BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
CHARLES W. BENDER , who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That he and FRANCIS II~ENE BENDER
were the owners of the following described property,. to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 699, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THIRTEEN, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That. hp and the said FRANCIS IRENE BENDER ^ were
married prior to ~ 2_9_72 and said marriage continued without
interruption until 12_28_~~ the date of her death.
