FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day on motion
of the Petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing -
to the Court that the Department of Health and Rehabilitative

Services has filed its Answer approving a Final Judgment of Adoption

and waiving its rights to the service of any notice of hearing, or
further leadi sin these
p ng proceedings as to the Petitioners, and
the Court now being advised in the premises finds: -
1. That the Petitioners, KAY HYDE, now known as KAY STARING,
and MASON H. STARING, are fit and proper persons to adopt the said
child named in the Petition, and that the best interests of the said

child will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the natural father, ROBERT HENRY ORR, has filed a
Consent for said adoption and a Waiver of all rights, defenses,
notice, and consents that this matter may. proceed to final hearing
ex parte. That further, the natural father has been duly served
with process and waived the 20-day notice and filing an answer.
3. That the said child is suitable for adoption by the said
Petitioners.

It is, therefore, upon consideration: =i
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
(a) That the permanent custody of the child known as
JUSTINE KAY ORR, in these proceedings, be and the same is hereby
given to KAY STARING and MASON H. STARING.
