(b) That the said child now known as JUSTINE KAY ORR is

given the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as

(c) That the said child is hereby declared to be the legal
child and lawful heir of KAY STARING and MASON H. STARING, and the
said child will be subject to all of the obligations and entitled.
