KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert L. Bello and Angela
Bello, his wife dated August 3rd, 1978 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p~ R. Book 291 on Page
2423 ,securing the payment of the-sum of Fifty Two Thousand, and no 100--------------------
Dollars (552,000.00------)
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
car?ce) the same of retard. .
