ALENA MARIE HANKER and
APRIL ANN HANKER.
' FINAL JUDGMENT FOR ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and w ith the written consent of
the natural mother, LINDA DARLENE ALBRITTON, and with the
written consent of the natural father, WILLIAM CLARK HANKER,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and
proper pexson to adopt the minor children sought to be adopted
and that the best interests of the children will be promoted by
the adoption and that the children are suitable for adoption by
the Petitioner, EARL DWIGHT ALBRITTON, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the,premises,.it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that-the minor children known as ALENA
~ MARIE HANKER and APRIL ANN HANKER, are declared to be the legal
children of the Petitioner, EARL DWIGHT ALBRITTON, and are given-
the names of ALENA MARIE ALBRITTON and APRIL ANN ALBRZTTON, by
~ which names they shall hereafter be known, and it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that these children shall be the
children and legal heirs of the Petitioner., EARL DWIGHT ALBRITTON,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and sub3ect to all obli-
gations of a child born to Petitioner, EARL DWIGHT ALBRITTON, in
legal wedlock.
