AND CAROL MELTON, his wife. Said Agreement for Deed was assigned
to R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife in that certain
Assignment filed December 30, 1977 in O.R. Book 279, Page 2185
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
