KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable-
considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, the undersigned has released, acquitted, and forever dis- #
charged, and by these: presents does for himself, his heirs, representa-
tives, successors, and assigns, release, acquit, and forever discharge
from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, or causes of
action that the undersigned has or may have as a result of furnishing
labor and/or materials for improvements to the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 33, Block 162, Port St. Lucie, Section four, -
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
- Plat Book 12, pages 14A through 14G, of the Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - ~
