KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten (610.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, the undersigned has released, acquitted, and forever dis-
charged, and by these: presents does for himself, his heirs, representa- i
tives, successors, and assigns, release, acquit, and forever discharge ~
from. and against any and all claims, debts, demands, or causes of
action that the undersigned has or may have as a result of furnishing
labor and/or materials for improvements to the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: '
