AFFIDAVIT ~
I
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Evelyn L. Quarles, who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says;
1. She was the sister-in-law of A. L. Quarles.
2. .That to her own personal knowledge A. L. Quarles and

Ella Rose Quarles were married in Ohio, on or about ~ ~ 9~
They remained continuously married until the date of her death on July
26th, 1963.
3. This affidavit is given in connection with real property
located in St. Lucie, County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 41
East, run South 89° 20' East for a distance of 809.2 5 feet to a point; thence
run North 30° 26' West for a distance of 557.66 feet to a point; thence run
North 40° 52' West for a distance of 882.4 feet to a concrete monument; ~
thence meander Northwesterly ten front feet along the West line of Old
Dixie Highway to a point of beginning; thence run North 89° 15' West for
a distance of 2, 324.1 feet; thence go due North 100 feet; thence run South
j 89° 15' East for a distance of 2, 368. 9 feet more or less to the shores of
j the Indian River; thence meander Southeasterly 124.42 feet. more or less
along the shore of the Indian River to a point of 75 feet more or less South
~ 89° 15' East of the Point of beginning; thence North 89° 15' West 75 feet `
more or less to the point of beginning, all in Section 9 Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, LESS, HOWEVER, all that part which lies West of a line
which is parallel to, and 280. 3 feet West of, the West right of way line of
State Road 70? -(South Indian River Drive), EXCEPTING rights of way for
the Florida East Coast Railroad and County roads and easements hereto-
fore granted. `
