the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by LfCduSi-Newllwn
Construction, Inc. , a Florida Corporation dated ~ 29' 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County. Florida, in O.R. Book 310 on page
815 , securinet the payment of the sum of Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred and no/100----------

covering property in the County of St. luCie Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtetness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the. premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
