TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD .the same to the party of the second

part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with \
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the transfer and this
conveyance the orders of Court and the laws of the State of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
