the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by James A. Rice and Lelaine
B. Rice, his wife dated March 2nd 19 67 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in0. R. Book 164 on page
2552 , securing the payment of the sum of Fifteent Thousand, Nine Hundred and no/100---- {

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in s
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
