You and each of you are hereby severally notified that the Plaintiff
filed its sworn Complaint, together with its Declaration~of Taking in
the above styled Court against you and each of you as defendants seek-
ing to condemn the above described property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, by Eminent Domain proceedings. .
You are further notified that the plaintiff will call up far
hearing before the Honorable Philip G. Nourse ,
one of the Judges of the above styled Court on the 30tH day of
April A.D., 1980, at 9:30 o'clock A•M., in
Chambers, St. Lucie County Courthouse
Fort Pierce Florida, its application for an Order of Taking
in accordance with its Declaration of Taking heretofore filed in this
cause. All parties to this suit and all other interested parties
may appear at the time and place designated and be heard.
AND
Each defendant is hereby required to serve written defenses,
if any, to said Complaint on:

and purposes as set forth in the Complaint filed herein. If you fail
to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded.
