Your Petitioner, a citizens of the U. S, of America, whose
residence is Post Office Box 249, Clarksville, New York 12041, s
respectfully represents unto this ~ionorable Court: ~
1. That WILLIAM SNYDER-died intestate at Vero Beach,
Florida on September 19, 1979, and at the time of his death was
domiciled at Route 1, Box 318, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, a
citizens of the U. S, of America and a resident of St. Lucie
County; that at the time of death he was aged_to-wit: 40 years.
2. That the said decedent left his surviving as next of
kin and heirs at law the following; _

approximate value of $10,000.00, personal property valued at
$500.00 and the expected proceeds from a ~,irongful death suit with
a value to be determined.
4. That your Petitioner is JUDITH BESS. Said Petitioner
requests a waiver of bond.
5. Petitioner is the natural sister of the decedent.
