ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for. Discharge
and the Report of Distribution o£ the Personal Representative
of this Estate and the Court finds that all interested persons
have been served proper notice of the Petition, or have waived
notice thereof and consented to distribution as petitioned,
that the Estate has been properly distributed, that claims of
creditors have been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that
the Personal Representative should be discharged, it therefore

ADJUDGED that:
1. The report of distribution of the Personal Representative
is approved.
2. The Personal Representative is hereby discharged. ~
3. The Estate is declared to be fully administered and
is closed.
