~ ~ WHEREAS, the undersigned is a beneficiary of the Trust created

under Article III of the Last will and Testament dated May 2 , 1977 of
FRANK M. SCHWARZMEIER, who died on May 22, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate
by the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, Probate Division,
and Letters of Administration were issued to DONALD F. SCHWARZMEIER
as Personal Representative of said Trust and Estate; and

i WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to disclaim and renounce a

portion of his interest as a beneficiary of said Trust under said Will,
such portion being the. sum of $45,000.00 in cash or securities valued
at the values determined in the Federal Estate Tax Return,
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned freely, voluntarily and

unqualifiedly disclaims and renounces the aforementioned portion of the !

interest he would otherwise (but for this disclaimer) be entitled to
receive or benefit from under or by virtue of the Trust created under

Article III of the Last Will and Testament dated May 2, 1977 of

~i This Instrument is intended to be a Qualified Disclaimer under

§ 2513 of the Internal Revenue Code and is irrevocable.
- ~ This Instrument shall be governed by § 2518 of the Internal .
it Revenue Code and by the laws of the State of Florida and shall bind

~ the undersigned, his distributees, legal representatives, successors

1~ and assigns.
