The nature and approximate value of the assets in this ~ ' Estate are as follows: Claim for insurance benefits due decedent at time of death in the approximate amount of: $25,000.00 _ ; 7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8. 8, The original of the decedent's last Will, dated March 3, 1973, and subscribed by NADINE O. WILBERGER, CALVIN L. WILBERGER, and SUSAN L. WILBERGER, as attesting witnesses, was filed with this Court on or about June 25, 1979. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
