5, LOIS~J: JONES, whose address is set forth above, and who
is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because she is the named
personal representative in the decedent's last Will,

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8, The original of the decedent's last Will, dated March 3,
1973, and subscribed by NADINE O. WILBERGER, CALVIN L. WILBERGER, and
SUSAN L. WILBERGER, as attesting witnesses, was filed with this Court
on or about June 25, 1979.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal representative
of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
