Dear Judge Geiger:
On July 30 , 1977, the above named
~ defendant, Earl Yearicks, was taken into custody
by this department pursuant to an Order of Attach-
~ ment issued by you on June 22, 1977. At the time of
his arrest he posted a $100 cash bond which was
~ returnable to your Court on demand and according_to
our records is still open and in force.
May we request that the next time you are
in Fort Pierce that you review this case and make some
type determination as to the status of this bond,
which our bookkeeping section has been carrying on
its books for some 2~ years.
