EXECUTOR'S DEED 1,
THIS DEED made this 1st day of February, 1980, by CHARLES O. HENRY, of the County
of Kankakee and State of Illinois, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
ORMAN E. MATHISON, Deceased, late of the County of Kankakee and State of Illinois,
r.erein$fter referred to as the Executor, to:
DURL ANDERSON and VELMA ANDERSON,
of Rural Route #2, Box 114, Ashkum, in the County of Iroquois and State of Illinois, not
in Tenancy in Common but in JOINT TENANCY with full rights of survivorship, hereinafter
referred to as the Grantees, WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, ORMAN E. MATHISON, Deceased, in his lifetime made and executed his Last
Will and Testament, bearing date the 11th day of November, 1969, which Will was there-
after, on the 19th day of September, 1972, duly proved and admitted to probate in the
Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Kankakee County, in the State of Illinois,
whereby, among other things, he constituted and appointed CHARLES 0. HENRY Executor of
his Last Will and Testament; and
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of Kankakee County, Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in the
State of Illinois, on the 29th day of October, 1979, in a cause brought under the
statute, wherein the said Executor was Petitioner, and DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC AID, STATE
OF ILLINOIS; CHARLES 0. HENRY, as Executor-of the Estate of MATILDA BRIGHT, Deceased; and
FORMA MATHISON were defendants, entered an Order directing the said Executor to sell the
real estate hereinafter described; and }
WHEREAS, the said Executor sold the premises to the Grantees for the sum of
One Thousand and no/100 ----------($1,000.00)------------------------- cellars; and ~
-WHEREAS, CHARLES 0. HENRY, as Executor of the Estate of ORMAN E. MATHISOI~1, Deceased,
was authorized to execute and deliver this Executor's Deed by Order of the Circuit Court
of Kankakee County, Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in the State of Illinois, on the 29th day
of October, 1979, in Case No. 72-P-259;

j NOW, THEREFORE, this Indenture WITNESSETH that the said Executor, in consideration
~ of the premises and the sum of One Thousand and no/100 ($1,000.00)------------ cellars
to him in hand paid by the said Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
teas granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents does remise, release, and quit-
claim unto DURL ANDERSON and VELMA ANDERSON, their heirs and assigns forever, not in
Tenancy in Common, but in JOINT TENANCY, with full rights of survivorship, all the
following described real estate, and all of the interest of the decedent therein,
~ situated in the COUNTY of ST. LUCIE and the STATE of FLORIDA , to-wit:
Lot Seven (7), Block Thirty-one (31) of Port St. Lucie Section Twenty-five
(25), a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
13, page 32 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
SiIBJECT TO restrictions,-easements, and reservations (including oil, gas and mineral
rights and/or leases) of record applicable thereto, and to taxes for t:~e current year
and subsequent years;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantees, in fee simple, not in Tenancy
in Common, but in JOINT TENANCY, with full rights of survivorship.

of ORMAN E. MATHISON, Deceased, has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
first above written.
